Ingredients for a muffin with olives and feta

70 г. olives
200 fety or cheese
250 g. flour
1 st.l minced rosemary
2.5 Teaspoon baking powder
0.5 Teaspoon soda
salt
pepper
1 egg
80 ml. olive oil
300 g. yogurt (you can substitute yogurt)

Preparation muffin with olives and feta


Heat oven to 180 degrees, grease muffin form oil or paste paper molds for baking.
Black olives slice them thinly, 150 g. fety break into pieces, the remaining 50 г. chop in large crumbs. Mix the flour, olives, rosemary, baking powder, soda, salt and pepper. In another pan mix the egg, yogurt and olive oil.
Add flour to the egg mass and quickly stir just to mix the dry ingredients with wet. Put half the dough in small bowls, put a piece fety, "cover" the remaining dough. Sprinkled with cheese crumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees 25 - 30 minutes, allow to cool 5 minutes in the molds. Serve warm or cold.
