Ingredients for sardines with olives and tomatoes

sprat
onion
tomatoes
olives
parsley
olive oil
salt
Any fish seasoning optional
lemon
crumbs of white bread or loaf

Cooking sardines with olives and tomatoes


Proportions are arbitrary, sprat can replace capelin.
Remove the head with entrails, open a fish in the form of books, remove the ridge.
In the container for baking, pour a little olive oil, arrange onion rings.
In a bow to put the fish, salt, lemon juice and pour over onion rings.
Then lay sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with fish seasoning or just salt.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and chopped olives.



Sprinkle breadcrumbs, a little.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees 10 - 15 minutes.
