Duck giblets soup - recipe
Ingredients for the soup of the duck portohov
1 set of duck portohov
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
5 tablespoons canned corn
10 pcs. pickled mushrooms
oil
salt
paprika
basil
Cooking soup from the duck giblets
Giblets wash, cut and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Potatoes cut into cubes and put in the broth boil.
Chop the onion and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, carrots rubbed on a fine grater and also fry with onions.
When potatoes are almost ready, put in a pot corn, mushrooms, plates and zazharku, salt, add the basil and paprika. Cook another few minutes.
