You will need:

- 500 g potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 200 g grated Cheddar cheese
- 45 g butter
- 1 / 2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation:
