COLOMBIAN SEBICHE Shrimp

Very delicious and very popular in Latin America blyudo.Ochen quickly and easily prepared.



Ingredients::

0,5 kg shrimp / already passed a steam treatment, ie pinky /
400 g of ketchup
150 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Bulgarian red pepper 1 medium
1 small onion
3 zubochka garlic
3 tiny pickles canned
6 green olives
a few sprigs of coriander, parsley and celery
pepper

Shrimp thawed, rinse with cold water and let drain water.
Stir in ketchup and lemon juice.
In blender at medium speed pulsations finely cut all other ingredients.
All mix and refrigerate for 6-8 hours in a tightly sealed container.
Sebiche Serve cold with crispy biscuits (slightly salty) типо cracker.
